At the 56th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO), held in Bucaramanga, Colombia, all five members of the Serbian team returned home with medals.

Silver medals were awarded to Andrej Drobnjaković, Luka Smiljanić, and Nikola Kočović, students of the Mathematical Grammar School in Belgrade. Bronze medals were won by Stefan Sekulić Derdovski, also a student of the Mathematical Grammar School, and Veljko Adžić, a student of the Computer Science Grammar School in Belgrade.

More than 400 students from 85 countries took part in this year's International Physics Olympiad.

At the International Mathematics Summer Camp (IMSC), held in Beijing, People's Republic of China, Serbia's six-member team also achieved outstanding results, winning six medals.

Nina Šušić won a silver medal, while Vanja Jelovac, Yegor Gramatičkov, Petar Banović, and Pavle Damjanović, all students of the Mathematical Grammar School in Belgrade, as well as Lazar Kolundžija, a student of the "Svetozar Marković" Grammar School in Niš, each received a bronze medal.
