The program is implemented by mentors from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, with many years of experience in working with the economy both in Serbia and abroad.

This program includes:

• A two-day expert visit. Through this visit, the current state of automation in your company will be reviewed, as well as a digitization audit, which involves jointly defining steps towards increasing the level of automation;
• Equipment specification for the identified proposal for the integration of robotics and digitization in business, which includes the definition of capital equipment (PLC, robots, sensors, servers, etc.);
• Calculation of the period required for return on investment (ROI);
• Creation of two Demo applications within the STP Čačak laboratory.

The program is completely free and fully financed through a current project financed by the European Union in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Serbia through the EUPRO+ program.
