This Rulebook prescribes in more detail the types of incentives for improving the system of knowledge creation and transfer through the development of technical-technological, applied, development and innovative projects in agriculture and rural development (hereinafter: incentives), conditions, manner of exercising the right to incentives and maximum amounts of incentives per user and by type of individual measure.

Incentives include:

The right to incentives has a legal entity registered in the Register of Scientific Research Organizations, research and development center, innovation center registered in the Register of Innovation Activities in accordance with the law governing innovation, an accredited faculty, entrepreneur and legal entity that meet the requirements for advisory and professional work in agriculture, as well as a legal entity authorized for training and development of agricultural advisors and agricultural producers, in accordance with the law governing the performance of advisory and learning jobs in agriculture.

Incentives are distributed through a competition announced by the ministry in charge of agriculture for each calendar year.

The right to use funds in the amount of up to 8,000,000 dinars per beneficiary is realized.

˗incentives related to the development of forecasting and reporting activities in the field of plant protection

Entrepreneurs and legal entities that meet the conditions for performing advisory and professional work in agriculture, as well as a legal entity authorized for training and development of agricultural advisors and agricultural producers, in accordance with the law governing the performance of advisory and professional work in agriculture and the person have the right to incentives. which performs forecasting and reporting activities.

The right to use the following funds is exercised: a) funds in the amount of 40,000 dinars per month per one hired engineer, on which the corresponding taxes and contributions are calculated and paid in accordance with the law; b) funds to cover the costs incurred in the implementation of the project in the amount of up to 8,000 dinars per one engaged engineer per month.

Exceptionally in 2020, the request for exercising the right to incentives is submitted to the Administration for payments in agriculture from May 25 to June 3, 2020. In the event that a request for exercising the right to incentives is not submitted for the areas where advisory activities in agriculture are performed in accordance with the Annual Program, this can be done from June 12 to 18, 2020.
