The aim of the Program is to develop scientific cooperation between the two countries through the exchange of scientific workers, and especially young scientists, on joint research projects.

The program is intended for Serbian and German research groups that intend to work on joint research projects in all scientific fields.

The right to participate has:

a) from the Serbian side:

Persons engaged in scientific research activities (researchers), as well as teachers and associates employed by higher education institutions and scientific research organizations in accordance with the Law on Science and Research (Official Gazette of the PC, No. 49/19, hereinafter: the Law)

b) from the German side:

University professors and junior scholars in German higher education

institutions and scholars at research facilities outside the university.
