President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) in the company "Biospringer" in Senta, at the promotion of the program in which the Prime Minister of RS Ana Brnabić participated. He added that it is an important project for the Serbian economy, which will contribute to reducing the unemployment rate among young people, which reaches 22 percent among young people under 30.

"Simply put, the 'My First Salary' project is targeting," Chadez said. He pointed out that many state institutions participated in the development of that program, including the IT Office, which created the portal "My first salary". "That portal was officially launched today, we are now in the first company to applied for that program, and it seems to me that the companies we know in PKS are already fulfilling everything that is needed on the online portal and that today will be completed with a large number of registered companies, "said Čadež.
He added that it is important for as many companies as possible to apply for that program by September 25, so that the application of candidates under the age of 30 who have completed either high school or college will start on October 1.

According to statistics, according to Čadež, young people have been waiting for their first job for 23 months after college. As he points out, they are in a "vicious circle", because when they finish college, they are looking for work experience that they do not have, and the project "My first salary" will enable young people to get their first business experience.

Chadez notes that the Serbian economy has been facing a lack of qualified strength for years and that what is taught in school and what is required on the market should be harmonized.

He thanked the Government of Serbia for managing to implement this project in just two months, but also for all projects such as dual education and the introduction of programming in primary schools, which, he points out, prepare young people for the future.

Prime Minister Ana Brnabić said that the Government of the Republic of Serbia, through the "My First Salary" program, is investing two billion dinars in 10,000 young people in order to gain their first work experience, and that if that program is successful, it will be just the beginning. encouraging youth employment. She expressed the expectation that after nine months covered by the state with 20,000 dinars for those with high school, and 24,000 dinars for those with a university degree, some will stay to work in those companies. "Employers will be able to add compensation to the amount of young people they hire", added Brnabić and pointed out that the application for employers and young candidates is done electronically in just a few minutes, and that from today young people can access the portal "My first salary "and look at the positions for which they will be able to apply.

"The focus is on young people, their salaries, jobs and the chance to strengthen and stay in Serbia, and to create their families there. That remains one of the priorities for the future government," Brnabic said. She thanked the company Biospringer, which, as she says, supports all government initiatives for youth employment and has signed cooperation agreements with universities and faculties in Belgrade and Novi Sad. "This is the right company to launch this program, which we designed and are now implementing in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, with the great support and participation of the Ministry of Labor and the IT Office," said Brnabic, adding that they managed to they realize that idea for two months and put the program into operation.

Mihajlo Jovanović, director of the Office for IT and e-government, stated that this program will be realized through the portal http://mojaprvaplata.gov.rs where businessmen will be able to advertise vacancies in their companies in a simple way, without additional documents, and young people, with secondary or higher education, will be able to find their first job. Entrepreneurs will be able to advertise vacancies on this portal until September 25, and then, from October 1, young people will be able to apply for the given positions.
