A total of 333 applications were received for the public call for the Early Development Program, Innovation Co-financing Program and Science and Business Cooperation Program, which was open from December 12 last year until April 1, 2024 at 12 noon. Innovative enterprise projects that comply with the criteria of the public call will be sent to an international independent evaluation conducted by technical reviewers and the Expert Commission. After the first stage of evaluation, the best quality projects will have the opportunity to be presented live in front of the Expert Commission, after which the final decision on financing is made based on the quality of the projects and the available funds allocated for the public call. It is expected that the decision on the selection of innovative projects will be made in mid-May 2024, while the completion of the process of final selection of projects for financing is planned for July 2024. Funds for the implementation of the second public call for a total value of 10.3 million euros were provided thanks to the combined funds of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation) and the European Union.
