Through these programs, which were extremely selective and competitive, with very strict procedures, almost 500 projects from all fields of research were supported, in which more than 3,000 researchers from 145 scientific and research organizations from Serbia were engaged, Đurić Jovičić pointed out.
She added that more than 80 million euros have been invested in the Science Fund, and that it is a question of funds allocated by the Government of Serbia and the European Union, and that part of it is a loan from the World Bank.
According to her, the international community has recognized the Fund and our scientists as a special and exceptional institution, and Serbian scientific projects have also received important recognition at the international level.
