The planned construction of a new building of the Faculty of Music is planned in the peripheral zones of the lower part of Dorćol, next to the future linear park, near Pančić Park and Marina Dorćol in Dunavska Street.

The competitive solution implies the formation of the space of the higher education institution, as a modern, communicative, open institution that will enable the affirmation of all planned activities while respecting the historical character and ambient quality of the whole in which it is located.
