Innovation Partnership is a new public procurement procedure introduced in the European Union by Directive 2014/24 / EU, while in Serbia it was introduced by the new Law on Public Procurement ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 91/2019), which began to be applied. July 1, 2020 and which is fully compliant with European Union directives.
