The Ministry of Information and Telecommunications of the Government of the Republic of Serbia congratulated the Serbian team, consisting of Pavle Damjanović, Lazar Kolundžija, Petar Banović and Irina Stanišić, who won two silver and two bronze medals at the European Junior Informatics Olympiad in Chisinau (Moldova).
This is another in a series of notable successes of our young computer scientists at European and world competitions.
Also, at the International Informatics Olympiad for girls, which was held from July 21 to 27 this year in the Netherlands, the Serbian team consisting of Sofija Čebašek, Irina Stanišić, Anja Dožić and Iva Živković also won four medals - one silver and three bronze.
