Target group: The program is intended for cooperatives, micro, small businesses and entrepreneurs. Business entities engaged in production or construction activities have the right to apply, and the application for the grant of grants is submitted to a bank/leasing company that is a partner in this program.
Financial structure: 50% grant, 5% participation of the business entity, and 45% loan from the bank/leasing company.
Amount of grants awarded: RSD 500,000 - RSD 5,000,000

2. Development chance program - line for the processing industry (in cooperation with Bank Poštanska štedionica)

Target group: The program is intended for micro, small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurs and cooperatives. Business entities engaged in the processing industry (sector C) have the right to apply, and the application for the grant of grants is submitted to the bank.

3. Program to stimulate the development of processing capacities in the field of hunting, fishing, production of wine, beer and strong alcoholic beverages (in cooperation with the Development Fund)

Target group: The program is intended for business entities that are engaged in the processing of game, fish, wine, beer and strong alcoholic beverages, and the application for the allocation of grants is submitted through the portal of the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia.

4. Line for the development of old arts and crafts

Target group: The program is intended for cooperatives, micro and small businesses and entrepreneurs. The right to apply is for business entities that hold certificates of old and artistic crafts and handicrafts issued by the Ministry of Economy. The request for granting grants is also submitted to the Ministry of Economy.

5. Line for the development of entrepreneurship of women and single parents (in cooperation with the Development Fund)
The public call is open.
Budget: 100 million rsd
Target group: The program is intended for female entrepreneurs, micro and small companies whose founder, legal representative, other representatives and managers are women. Business entities whose founder and legal representative are women have the right to apply. In a business entity that has several owners, the majority share must be owned by one or more women (the minimum is 51%) and one of the legal representatives must be a woman. The application for the allocation of grants is submitted through the portal of the Fund for the Development of the Republic of Serbia.
Financial structure: Percentage of grants 50% (that is, up to 55% of the investment value for economic entities whose founders are women single parents in accordance with the criteria from the Program), and the remaining investment amount will be financed from the beneficiary's own funds or from loans from the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia .

6. Support program for beginners in business and young people (in cooperation with the Development Fund)
The public call is open.
Budget: 100 million rsd
Target group: 1. The program is intended for beginners in business - entrepreneurs, micro and small companies, which are registered in the Agency for Business Registers, from January 1, 2022 onwards, at the earliest.
2. The program is intended for entrepreneurs, micro and small companies whose founder and legal representative is a natural person up to 35 years of age and which are registered in the Agency for Business Registers from January 1, 2019 onwards at the earliest. The application for the allocation of grants is submitted through the portal of the Fund for the Development of the Republic of Serbia.
Financial structure: 1. The percentage of grants is up to 30% of the investment value, i.e. up to 40% of the investment value for business entities belonging to local self-government units classified in the third or fourth development group, and the remaining investment amount will be financed from the Development Fund loan Republic of Serbia.
2. Young users (founder and legal representative, a natural person up to 35 years of age) who meet the conditions of the Program, can exercise the right to financial support in the form of grants in the amount of up to 40% of the investment value, i.e. up to 50% of the investment value for economic entities belonging to local self-government units that are classified in the third or fourth development group, and the remaining amount of investment will be financed from loans from the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia.
