The right to apply for the Public Call is for entrepreneurs, micro and small business companies, which have been registered in the Agency for Business Registers for the earliest two years in relation to the year of submission of the request, i.e. in 2021, 2022 or 2023, as well as entrepreneurs, micro and small companies, which have been registered in the Agency for Business Registers for the earliest five years in relation to the year of submission of the request, i.e. in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 or 2023, and whose founder and legal representative is a natural person under the age of 35 years. This financial support is a combination of 30% of state grants and 70% of favorable loans from the Development Fund.

The public call is open until the amount of requested grants does not exceed the amount of funds available for the implementation of the Program by 35%, which is the average percentage of rejected and abandoned requests before resolution in previous years, and no later than 31.12.2023.
