If you are a research team, a technology transfer office, a start-up, or a small and medium-sized enterprise from Southern Europe (and associated countries), this program can support you in developing technological solutions that can meet market needs and meet one or more sustainable goals.

There are currently three programs available as part of the first open call:

• S3E Start program - for research teams and technology transfer offices, which includes the development of commercial skills and the provision of early funding for development.
• S3E Charge Program - provides mentoring and business plan development for investment to emerging startups.
• S3E Reverse program - is intended for corporate and scaleup entities through open innovation to mediate, connect and merge technological challenges with new talents and innovative ideas.
