RFHI is developing an application that will replace going to the counters - health certificates with a click

The Republic Fund for Health Insurance is developing an application for smartphones and tablets, which will enable everyone to quickly and easily view the data from the register, so it will now be possible for insured persons to access data on the submitted applications for compulsory health insurance, social insurance, health card certifications and similar without going to the counter, announced in the Fund.

The application will be easy to use for all ages and in a few clicks it will show an overview of certificates for exemption from payment of co-payments, dental certificates, verification of aids, and overview of sick leave, travel expenses, INO forms and evaluations of medical commissions.

For children over 15 years of age, the parent, as the insurance holder, has the possibility to review the basic data, but the data on the realized rights of the child over 15 years of age will not be available to the parent - it is stated in the notice. The reason given is the fact that the application is being developed in accordance with all regulations related to the protection of personal data and the rights of patients.

The mobile application of the Republic Fund will be available to insured persons by downloading via Google Play Store, Apple App Store and AppGallery. Two ways of accessing the application will be possible - via LBO and health card number or via email and password. The data set that can be reviewed also depends on the access method. Due to the protection of personal data, access using the LBO and health card number allows a limited view of the data.

Access via e-mail and password, which includes prior account verification by authorized persons in the Republic Fund, provides insight into all available data and access to all functionalities.
