Public call for the program for beginners 2022.

The program to encourage the development of entrepreneurship through financial support for beginners in business in 2022 is implemented by the Ministry of Economy) in cooperation with the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia.

The total available non-refundable funds for the implementation of this program are 150,000,000.00 dinars. The remaining amount of investment of economic entities will be financed from the Fund's loan.

Entrepreneurs, micro and small companies, who are registered with the Business Registers Agency at the earliest two years in relation to the year of submitting the request, ie in 2020, 2021 and 2022, have the right to apply for the Public Invitation.

Business entities that meet the requirements of the Program may be entitled to financial support in the form of grants in the amount of up to 30% of the investment value, or up to 40% of the investment value for economic entities belonging to local self-government units classified in the fourth development group. Of the Law on Regional Development and an act of the Government establishing a single list of development of the region and local self - government units. The remaining amount of investments will be financed from the Fund's loan with a repayment period of up to 5 years with a grace period of up to one year, and an interest rate of 1% per annum with a bank guarantee or 2% per annum with other collateral, with a currency clause.

The amount of total approved funds upon request cannot be less than 400,000.00 dinars, nor more than 6,000,000.00 dinars for all business entities.

Investments that can be financed under this Program include:

- purchase of equipment, delivery vehicles (including electric mopeds) used for the transport of own products, raw materials and raw materials and other means of transport involved in the production process (new or used, not older than five years);

- current maintenance of business or production space up to the amount of 350,000.00 dinars;

- operating costs, which can participate up to 20% in the structure of the total investment, for which the Program funds are requested.

Founders of economic entities applying for funding under the Program may apply to accredited regional development agencies for free start-up training and to be provided with advisory and technical assistance in connection with applying for the Program, provided by these agencies under the Program. a standardized set of services for SMEs.

Precisely and accurately completed Unified application for start-up loan and grants with accompanying documentation in accordance with the Program, is submitted to the Fund at the following addresses: Bulevar Nemanjića 14a, Niš and Knez Mihailova 14, Belgrade.

The public call is open until the amount of requested grants exceeds the amount of funds available for the implementation of the Program by 35%, which is the average percentage of rejected and dropped applications before being resolved in previous years, and no later than 31.12.2022. years.
