In particular, the assessment of novelty and inventive step through the analysis of documents from the state of the art is presented on a practical example, while part of the lecture was related to the specifics of software protection by patent. At the end of the lecture, the participants had the opportunity to engage in a discussion with questions, and most of the questions were related to software patent protection.

The webinar was attended by about 70 participants, including researchers from universities and institutes, representatives of small and medium enterprises, representatives of science and technology parks, lawyers and individuals.
