Webinar on Choosing Appropriate Project Methodologies for the Development of Agile Vs. Waterfall

The Business Academy of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce is organizing a webinar "Selection of adequate project methodologies for the development of innovative ICT products Agile vs. Waterfall", which will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 11:00. Participation is free of charge.

Modern companies are aware of the need to implement digital transformation of their business processes and ways of doing business, and digital transformation is inevitably accompanied by an agile transformation of project management, which is gradually becoming accepted by companies from different industries, regardless of the size of the company itself. Given that different projects require greater flexibility in management mode, as well as a high degree of adaptability to changes in client requirements, there is a need to apply different project management methodologies and the question of choosing the appropriate project methodology Waterfall vs Agile for ICT management and other projects.

The aim of the lecture is to help companies find answers to the questions about what methodology is better to apply when running a specific project, what are the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Waterfall methodology and what is new and advanced for us, Agile project management methodology, which is increasingly is beginning to be implemented in modern companies.

The webinar is an introduction to a multi-day program that will be implemented as of September within the Open Innovation Academy.
