The goal of the Program is to strengthen the competitiveness of economic entities, improve their business and internationalization, as well as create new jobs through investments in equipment.
The funds determined by the Program are intended for co-financing the procurement of new production equipment and equipment directly involved in the process of production of exchangeable goods and construction works, as follows:
1) production equipment and / or machinery;
2) transport-manipulative means involved in the process of production and internal transport;
3) parts, specialized tools for machines or other capital goods;
4) machines and equipment for improving energy efficiency and environmental aspects of production;
5) construction machinery for the needs of performing construction works.
The program is implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Development Agency of Serbia and selected commercial banks and leasing companies:

The right to apply for a grant competition have:
1) legal entities, registered in the Business Registers Agency (hereinafter: APR) as companies or cooperatives, which are classified into micro, small and medium legal entities in accordance with the Law on Accounting "Official Gazette of RS", no. 73/19) according to the financial statements for 2018, as well as
2) entrepreneurs registered in APR.
Business entities that meet the requirements of the Program and to which banks, ie leasing companies involved in the implementation of the Program, conditionally approve a loan or financing may exercise the right to co-financing up to 25% of the net value of procurement of production equipment. The share of economic entities is 5% of the total value of equipment, while the rest is provided from loans of commercial banks or financial leasing of leasing companies involved in the implementation of this Program. The amount of grants that can be awarded to a business entity is determined in relation to the number of employees: 1 employee - up to 1.0 million RSD, 2-5 employees - up to 2.5 million RSD, 6 and more employees - up to 5.0 million RSD .
The total available funds for the implementation of the Program amount to 1,000,000,000,000 dinars. The public call is open until the available funds are used up, and no later than 31.12.2020. years.
Grant applications, together with other documentation and loan application or financial leasing, are submitted or submitted electronically in one of the branches of commercial banks and leasing companies participating in the implementation of this program.
