The results of the public call for combating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic were presented

Today, the Innovation Fund presented five of the 12 innovative solutions supported by the public call for combating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic during the visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, Minister of Education, Mladen Šarčević and Minister without Portfolio, in charge of innovation and technological development, Nenad Popović Science and Technology Park Belgrade.

On this occasion, innovative products of the company were presented: Corten Art from Sabac disinfection tunnel, thermal counter for non-contact temperature measurement and hand disinfection of users of Hola Systems from Nis, SmartResearch from Belgrade presented automatic devices for positive pressure respiration, and a range of disinfection products. premises and objects using ultraviolet radiation were presented by the company Metaling and the company Advertout from Belgrade presented multiple protective suits.

The Fund for Innovation Activity approved 53 million dinars for financing 12 innovative projects of the company. In a short period of time, one month, all 12 solutions were developed and available for use, the goal of which is to suppress the effects of the coronary virus pandemic. All innovative projects have been successfully implemented, and the company's products and services have been donated throughout Serbia, to institutions and institutions of public importance. Innovative solutions that are supported through the public call of the Fund, will remain applicable and useful to our society even after the pandemic.

Despite the short period of time, close to 300 proposals for innovative projects arrived at the public call, which showed the high potential of our innovative companies.

Voxellab, Belgrade

Project name: Rapid Supply Chain

Voxellab has developed a solution in the form of a system for fast 3D printing of urgently needed parts for machines and medical devices. Voxellab is ready to accept the requests of hospitals and other facilities that care for patients with coronavirus and, by applying additive production, deliver spare and consumable parts for various medical devices in a short time. CCS Solutions, Belgrade

Project name: Reusable protective masks - LifeMask

A new type of protective mask with a replaceable HEPA filter for multiple and long-term use. A certain amount was donated to health institutions, and a total of 30,000 masks were produced. These are masks that are made of durable plastic that is used in the food industry, and after each use, the mask can be wiped with asepsol or washed with soap, as well as boiled at 70 degrees and used for up to three months. Corten Art, Sabac

Project name: Disinfection tunnel and disinfection cabin

Aerosol disinfection system for use in industry and hazardous environments. It is a disinfection tunnel made of stainless steel, which is equipped with nozzles that disperse disinfection drops. The advantage of the system is the reduced consumption of water and disinfectants. The tunnel is also equipped with an automatic movement system that detects the presence of people, activates the nozzles and automatically shuts off after the disinfection is completed. The disinfection capacity is 600 people per hour. They plan to donate 6 tunnels, one of which to the City of Sabac.

Project title: Development of a control panel for the prevention of the spread of viruses and infectious diseases

The thermal desk for non-contact temperature measurement and manual disinfection is intended for factories, companies, public institutions and facilities with a higher turnover of visitors. It is completely safe, precise and easy to use. The user does not have to have interaction and contact with the device, because he does everything automatically. Project title: Automatic devices for positive pressure respiration

SmartResearch, in cooperation with the Mihajlo Pupin Institute, has developed a device for mechanical ventilation of patients with positive pressure - 5 prototypes of devices that have been demonstrated at the Mihajlo Pupin Institute.

Heliant, Belgrade

Project name: HERMES COVID: Platform for fast messaging in the conditions of COVID 19 pandemic

Heliant has developed the HERMES-COVID solution that provides communication between key players in the healthcare system and healthcare professionals. This solution provides an opportunity for the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Health, public health institutes to use this tool to safely, technologically advanced and in real time forward the right to the screens of health workers important messages and instructions, and in the way they are used to receiving official information. Heliant users are also institutions that are on the first line of response to COVID-19: Clinical Center of Serbia, including the Clinic for Infectious and Tropical Diseases and Gynecology and Obstetrics in Visegradska Street, Torlak Institute and Clinical Hospital Center "Dr Dragisa Misovic".
