Open competition BASF Innovation Hub 2021 for financing solutions for startups and innovators

The European leader in research and development and the world's largest chemical company BASF, is launching the BASF Innovation Hub project, which will bring together startups and innovators from 11 Central and Southern European countries, including the Republic of Serbia. The focus of this year's competition is solutions that directly or indirectly contribute to the pillars of the Green Agenda - clean energy, sustainable agriculture and the circular economy.

Applications for the BASF Innovation Hub run until midnight on September 15th. In the first phase of the competition, the jury will choose the best idea from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia. The winning idea will participate in the grand BASF Innovation Hub final, along with the most successful solutions from other countries.

The winner of the local competition wins 2,500 euros, and the best idea of ​​the regional phase wins 5,000 euros.

Innovators and startup teams of up to five members have the opportunity to receive financial support, and the basic condition for participation is that the submitted idea directly or indirectly contributes to creating solutions for clean, reliable and affordable energy, solutions for sustainable agriculture and solutions that enable transition to circular economy.
